Seminary Graduation:)

Dad always puts on the tough act and so forth, right? Well last night, when I Graduated from Seminary, I showed him my Diploma, and he just started bawling! And then I almost started crying! So he really does care, and then when I asked him why he was crying, he was all, "I'm not crying! I looked up at the sky and it must have started raining! Good aim, huh?" So I hugged him and then had my friend RaeLynn take a few pictures of us:) Isn't is sweet?
Here it is! :) Look how nice it is! Dad cried over this! A peice of paper! :) Just kidding. It is a big deal, and I know it. I just think its cute that Dad was so happy over it. I'm the second in the whole family to graduate from Seminary!
Here are the books, my Diploma, and the flowers my leader gave me:) I thought they looked pretty, so I decided to post a picture of them too:)

Seminary Graduation Gifts:)

I have achieved one of my ultimate goals! I am completely done with Seminary Graduation! I have a four year Diploma, and my Young Womens Leader brought me flowers and a book called, 'Where do I go from Here?' by Irene Ericksen & Jan Pinborough. Its supposed to be very good to help someone figure out what to do after High School. And the Stake Young Womens President gave all the girls a book called 'Daughters of God' Written by M. Russel Ballard. I'm not quite sure what exactly its about, but on the back it reads, "Of this you may be certain: The Lord especially loves righteous women-women who are not only faithful but filled with faith, women who are striving to live and serve as women of God." I can only guess that it is about our real mission in life as women, but I could be wrong. It almost doesn't feel completely real that I am really done! But I have my Seminary Diploma, and on Saturday I will have my High School one. Hmm.. Hopefully it sets in soon!

Music Update:)

I was asked to sing the National Anthem last Saturday, the 9th of May, at the local 'Babe Ruth Games'. They are just a series of baseball games for the middle school kids against the other teams in town.
I did it acapella and did amazingly well, I thought. I messed up a word, but oh well. People will get over it! It was a good experience to get out of my comfort zone.

Not only did I sing the National Anthem, but on Friday, May 8th, was State Choir Festival. We sang three songs. 'Hallelujah Amen', 'Benedictus', and 'Ride the Chariot'. On our 'Ride the Chariot' song, I got the main solo, that lasted almost half the song. I think I did pretty well:) Dad even came to hear it! We got a Superior rating, which is the best you can do, and we even get a plaque for it. Life is so fun..

I love music:)

One for Des

I thought you would like this one Des:) This is Dad's hat that Ammon got him. I'm pretty sure that he saw the picture and got him one just like it from Abercrombie and Fitch. But here I am.. I hope you like.
I miss you terribly Des. You mean the world to me, and I don't want you to ever forget it. You are an amazing person, and you deserve the best! You will forever be the mom that our own mother couldn't exactly fill.
I love you ♥

The Wonders:)

This is me and Katie. I really do love this girl terribly. She is one of the most amazing people I have ever met and I do not deserve to have a good friend like her. I am going to miss her more than anything in when we both move to opposite ends of the state:(
